Appointments requested online, by phone, or by email are not confirmed until accepted by our office.

4. Deposits and Payments
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits may be applied to the cost of your appointment unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in accordance with clinic policy.
5. Pricing and Promotions
Prices, services, packages, memberships, and promotions may change at any time without notice. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
6. Medical Services
All treatments are subject to consultation, provider assessment, medical appropriateness, and informed consent. California’s Medical Board states that medical procedures should be preceded by informed consent that covers the nature of treatment, risks, complications, and expected benefits.
7. Results
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes.
8. Refusal or Delay of Service
We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue treatment when clinically appropriate or when a service is not considered safe, suitable, or aligned with provider judgment.
9. Packages, Memberships, and Series
Packages, memberships, treatment series, and promotional services are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Badia Wellness & Longevity Clinic related to appointments, scheduling, clinic updates, and, where permitted, promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
